К Вопросу О Противоречивом Единстве Экономических Интересов Субъектов Межбюджетных Отношений

Abstract

Совершенствование межбюджетных отношений, отвечающих принципам цивилизованной рыночной экономики, возможно в условиях адекватного представления о природе, сущности и специфике, а также общности и противоречивости экономических интересов, проявляющихся в бюджетной сфере. Как известно, экономические интересы представляют собой социально обусловленную и исторически определенную объективную необходимость удовлетворения сложившихся и развивающихся потребностей [4, с. 16]. При этом материальной основой экономических интересов выступают потребности, а социальной — экономические отношения, важное место в которых занимают межбюджетные отношения.
