Сравнительный Анализ Инструментов Регулирования Вредных Производственных Выбросов И Их Влияние На Национальное Благосостояние

Abstract

Проведено ранжирование различных инструментов государственного регулирования вредных выбросов, возникающих при производственной деятельности (налоговых платежей за вредные выбросы, продаваемых и бесплатно распределяемых разрешений на загрязнение), с точки зрения их влияния на национальное благосостояние, при условии, что уровень разработки инновационной экологически чистой технологии является эндогенным параметром.
