Abstract

В условиях становления трансглобальной экономики лидерство организации на рынке определяется в первую очередь наличием в ней высоко профессионального и талантливого персонала. Талантливые сотрудники конкурентное преимущество независимо от сферы деятельности и размеров организации. Они являются одним из важнейших факторов стратегического развития организаций и учреждений образования в формирующемся обществе знаний.
