Abstract

В условиях современного развития экономики самыми перспективными активами для строительных предприятий, фирм и корпораций постепенно становятся коммерчески ценные идеи, технологии, изобретения, оформленные патентами, свидетельствами и лицензиями. Поэтому стоимостная оценка нематериальных активов постепенно превращается в одно из главных направлений инвестиционных проектов. Немаловажно значение интеллектуальной собственности в строительной отрасли, как наиболее подверженной инновационным процессам. Установление справедливой цены на реализуемые объекты интеллектуальной собственности (далее ОИС) является важнейшей проблемой развивающегося рынка ИС в строительстве.
