Abstract

Ещё в конце XIX века Г. Адамс выявил закономерное чередование экономических и политических процессов. Качание маятника им определено в 12 лет, и жизнь подтверждает это. Правда, фазы этого циклического процесса не совсем симметричны. Взмах маятника обычно дольше набирает высоту: либерализм сменяется социально-ориентированной экономикой, и, наоборот, национализация приватизацией и денационализацией, подъём спадом, а потом оживлением (в соответствии с фазами кризиса) и т.д.
