Abstract

Кризисная ситуация, в которой находится большинство предприятий АПК является одной из самых острых проблем в современной российской экономике. Попытки ее решения на протяжении последних лет не приносили должного результата. Отсюда, главной целью антикризисного управления сельскохозяйственными предприятиями является выработка и реализация мер восстановления платежеспособности и финансового оздоровления предприятий, а также обеспечение прочного положения на рынке и стабильной устойчивости финансов при любых кризисных явлениях в стране, в отрасли, на предприятии.
