Abstract

В условиях рыночных преобразований актуальным становится изучение состояния не только хлебопекарной промышленности как отдельной отрасли национального хозяйства, но и всего хлебопродуктового комплекса как мезоэкономической системы. Для прогноза развития хлебопродуктовых мезокомплексов РФ необходимо системно учитывать институциональные факторы и изменения, возникающие в экономике страны и отдельных регионов, в целях адекватного воздействия на институциональную среду в заданном направлении.
