Abstract

Экономическая система современной России характеризуется повышенной степенью уязвимости к воздействию различных по своей природе рисков. В процессе становления рыночных отношений, создания правовых основ цивилизованного предпринимательства, но одновременно и усиления недобросовестной конкуренции, криминализации экономики основная тяжесть этих проблем легла на предприятия, которые во многом оказались не подготовленными к их решению, так как риск существует объективно, независимо от того, осознаем мы его или нет. Уязвимость предприятия к изменениям внутренней и внешней среды во многом объясняется отсутствием на предприятиях системы управления рисками, создаваемой в целях повышения его финансовой устойчивости.
