К Вопросу О Развитии Курортно-Туристского Комплекса Г. Сочи В Условиях Подготовки И Проведения Зимней Олимпиады 2014 Года

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы развития курортно-туристского комплекса (КТК) г. Сочи, в условиях подготовки и проведения Зимней Олимпиады 2014 года. Указывается, что численность населения и рекреантов является стратегическим исходным параметром, который определяет возможности развития градообразующих отраслей экономики курорта. Для Сочи одинаково приоритетными являются курортно-туристский и природоохранный комплекс. Реконструкции КТК Сочи с учетом олимпийского проекта предполагает поэтапное создание туристско-курортной отрасли, включающей в себя Олимпиаду как туристический продукт. И подобная реконструкция требует создание развитой природоохранной отрасли.
