Развитие Корпоративного Формообразования В Современной России (На Примере Железнодорожного Транспорта)

Abstract

В настоящее время в стране осуществляется структурная перестройка экономики. Главной целью и одновременно главным содержанием этого процесса становится развитие корпоративного формообразования предприятий, включающее широкий комплекс форм, методов и инструментов по обеспечению устойчивого развития. Его важнейшими целями являются: реорганизация производства, в том числе путем ликвидации неэффективных звеньев, разделения и слияния предприятий, замена физически и морально устаревших основных фондов, внедрение технических нововведений, выпуск новой продукции.
