Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию факторов, влияющих на спрос и предложение труда. Наряду с такими факторами, как производительность труда, взаимозаменяемость ресурсов и т.д. большое внимание уделено фактору ожидания. В частности рассмотрен фактор экономических ожиданий, влияющий на эластичность спроса труда. Обоснована существенная роль ожиданий в процессе формирования заработной платы на рынке труда стран с переходной экономикой.
