Abstract

Задача формирования социально ориентированной экономики требует направления всех процессов развития производства, с учетом экономических и социальных критериев и целей на создание решающих экономических предпосылок для формирования экономики переходного периода. Создание экономических предпосылок касается прежде всего пропорционального планирования, рационального использования материальных и трудовых ресурсов, размещение производительных сил, распределение инвестиций.
