Abstract

В экономической жизни общества нередко складываются ситуации, когда практика опережает теорию, которой затем приходится преодолевать сложившееся отставание. Рассматриваемая в данной статье проблема характеризует именно такую ситуацию. Действительно, в современной экономике глобализация приобретает статус ведущей тенденции региональной экономической динамики, посредством которой возможно обеспечить ускоренную интеграцию региональной экономики в систему мирохозяйственных связей. Однако это ещё не обеспечило ей повышенного внимания со стороны региональной экономической науки.
