Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы восстановления и развития АПК ЧР, анализируются базисные понятия экономического роста, его факторы и проблемы. В качестве основных направлений государственного регулирующего воздействия на развитие агропромышленного комплекса выделены следующие: регулирование спроса и предложения; стимулирование научно-технических разработок и индустриализации агропромышленного хозяйства; создание территориальной социальной инфраструктуры; формирование системы информационного обеспечения субъектов хозяйствования; сертификация сельскохозяйственной продукции и т.п.
