Abstract

Комплексный анализ проблем развития сферы воспроизводства в России показывает, что поиск и освоение ниш, которые со временем могут превратиться в новые крупные рынки, все в большей степени становятся функцией средних компаний, которым объективно необходима поддержка со стороны государства. В ближайшие годы, локомотивами экспорта в России в среднеи долгосрочной перспективе будут являться гиганты отечественной промышленности, крупные предприятия машиностроения. При этом не отрицается необходимость поддержки среднего бизнеса, однако его роль и возможности в продвижении российских товаров и услуг на мировые рынки оцениваются учеными как весьма умеренные.
