Abstract

В статье анализируется процесс становления и развития суверенных государств в условиях глобализации. По мнению автора, имеющий место процесс глобализации оказывает существенное влияние на традиционное представление о суверенитет как свойстве государственной власти быть независимой ни от какой власти как внутри государства, так и за его пределами.
