Abstract

Привлечение иностранных инвестиций в последнее время рассматривается многими странами как средство ускорения экономического развития, решения задач импортозамещения, получения новых технологий и создания рабочих мест. В то же время не существует единого определения этих инвестиций. Так, по мнению В. Щетинина, «для экономистов международное движение капитала движение одного из факторов производства... В центре внимания здесь рынок в качестве универсальной ценности...Для политэкономов это перемещение относительно избыточных преимущественно финансовых ресурсов за границу для получения более высокой прибыли» [4, с. 120].
