Abstract

В последние десятилетия ХХ века в жизни современного общества произошли большие изменения, связанные с активным вхождением в жизнь людей новейших информационных технологий. Это позволило говорить о вступлении ведущих стран мира в качественно новое состояние информационную стадию развития.
