Abstract

Состояние перехода национальной жилищной системы от условий директивной экономической среды к экономике, ориентированной на рыночные стимулы, отлично как от исходной позиции, так и от моделируемой ожиданиями. Это и предопределяет активизацию исследований на локальном рынке жилья и определению приоритетов муниципального управления.
