Abstract

Одним из основных направлений работы любого банка сегодня является кредитование физических и юридических лиц. Спектр услуг, виды и формы кредитов весьма разнообразны. Наиболее востребованным является потребительское кредитование. На сегодняшний день рынок потребительского кредитования является самым востребованным и доходным сегментом деятельности коммерческих банков. Так, за последние полтора года объем выданных населению кредитов увеличился в три с лишним раза, а их доля впервые за всю историю российской банковской системы превысила 10% активов [2, с. 11].
