Формирование Механизмов Торговли Электрической Энергией Для Потребителей Северо-Кавказского Федерального Округа

Abstract

Существующая на сегодняшний день в России модель формирования тарифов на электрическую энергию и мощность де-факто полностью исключает рыночные принципы хозяйствования. Решение этой проблемы лежит в построении системы рыночных взаимоотношений в отрасли. Причем, государственная политика в сфере функционирования электроэнергетики должна содержать эффективные механизмы защиты интересов потребителей энергоресурса. Решить данную проблему можно при помощи использования модели Единой тарифной зоны. Данная модель обеспечит создание реальной конкуренции между сбытовыми электроэнергетическими компаниями на уровне СК ФО, что позволит снизить тарифы для конечных потребителей.
