Abstract

Важнейшим элементом государственной поддержки малого предпринимательства является четко сформулированная и сформированная инфраструктура. Формирование инфраструктуры малого предпринимательства — приоритетное направление обеспечения его устойчивости и воспроизводства. Именно инфраструктурная поддержка позволяет малым предприятиям получить доступ к необходимым факторам производства, что необходимо для удовлетворительного решения основных задач производственного процесса. Обычно в рыночной инфраструктуре выделяют две компоненты: институциональную (организационную) и производственную (технологическую) инфраструктуру.
