Abstract

В статье рассматривается эволюция концепции государства всеобщего благосостояния. Теоретические истоки государства всеобщего благосостояния анализируются в контексте исторических событий. Рассмотрены проблемы преодоления социального неравенства, нужды и бедности, обеспечения социальной стабильности, социальных потребностей.
