Abstract

Выдвижение в последние годы на первый план задач модернизации страны актуализировало проблему ее человеческого потенциала. В статье выделены и описаны семь групп российского общества, различающихся своими нормативно-ценностными системами. Подробно анализируются характеристики модернистски ориентированных групп российского общества и рассматривается их человеческий потенциал. Делаются выводы о той роли, которую эти группы могут сыграть в процессах модернизации России. Показано, как территориально распределен наиболее качественный человеческий потенциал.
