Abstract

Требования, предъявляемые обществом к качеству образования специалистов в области техники и технологий, обусловливают необходимость развития у обучающихся навыков саморазвития и элементов творческой трансмутации полученных знаний. Базой обеспечения этих требований служит научно-исследовательский процесс вуза. В частности, государство устанавливает показатели аккредитации вузов, среди которых центральное место занимает показатель объёма внебюджетного финансирования вуза за счёт коммерческой востребованности НИР вуза бизнесом.
