Abstract

В статье предлагается подход к определению оптимальной величины штрафа за нарушение антимонопольного законодательства, основанный на анализе стимулов хозяйствующих субъектов к нарушению данного законодательства; подход апробируется на примере субъектов нефтяной отрасли РФ.
