Особенности Управленческой Концепции Ф. Герцберга: Проблемы Взаимодействия В Сфере Услуг

Abstract

Основное внимание в статье уделено рассмотрению теории мотивации Ф. Герцберга и разработанной на этой основе концепции обогащения труда. В первой части статьи анализируются различные факторы мотивации и их влияние на процесс удовлетворенности и неудовлетворенности трудом. Во второй части представлены направления совершенствования управления на примере индивидуального и группового подхода к организации труда, применимые в разных сферах экономики, например, в сфере услуг.
