Abstract

Анализ приоритетов реализации стратегии экономического развития Юга России выявил ее ресурсно-транспортную направленность и экспортную ориентацию транзитных потоков энергоносителей при незначительном удельном весе обрабатывающих отраслей промышленности. Это в значительной мере определяет инновационно-технический потенциал реального сектора экономики, что чревато превращением региона в сырьевую провинцию периферии глобализирующегося мирового хозяйства.
