Основные Направления Модернизации Государственной Инвестиционной Политики

Abstract

Один из важнейших внешних факторов, который может привести к возникновению необходимых условий, стимулирующих формирование и развитие действенной инвестиционной системы, — это эффективное государственное регулирование инвестиционных процессов. Как следует из опыта стран с развитой рыночной экономикой, роль государства в экономических процессах, в условиях кризиса возрастает, а при стабилизации экономической ситуации снижается. Государство может обеспечить необходимые условия для нормального развития экономики и инвестиционной сферы методами как экономическими, так и административными.
