Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основания и процедура включения корпоративной социальной ответственности в систему стратегического планирования предприятий. Предложены основные направления, по которым необходимо совершенствовать взаимосвязи КСО и стратегического управления, состав необходимых для этого документов, процедура подготовки соответствующего раздела «Стратегии», включающая восемь этапов.
