Abstract

Современные рыночные отношения представляют целый спектр возможностей для эффективного управления предприятием, однако спад промышленного производства в России, негативные изменения структуры экономики часто сводят на нет все усилия в области повышения качества управления предприятия. Тем не менее, и в этих трудных условиях идет работа по совершенствованию управления предприятия в целом и по отдельным функциям [1, с. 275]. Сложные условия хозяйственной деятельности предъявляют новые, более высокие требования к управлению.
