Эффективность Аутсорсинга На Предприятии

Abstract

Проведен анализ подходов к сущности аутсорсинга на промышленных предприятиях. Обоснован вывод о том, что аутсорсинг должен быть направлен на нарушение баланса показателей производственного процесса, при котором за счет передачи внешним исполнителям части его элементов происходит сохранение или улучшение совокупных показателей результативности и эффективности.
