Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические проблемы финансового обеспечения развития муниципальной экономики и местного хозяйства в условиях нарастающего кризиса. Важное место отводится проблеме выделения бюджетных средств на финансирование расходов муниципальных бюджетов в кризисный период в рамках рациональной антикризисной политики.
