Совершенствование Оценки Инвестиционной Деятельности С Учетом Детерминирования Потоков Денежных Средств

Abstract

В настоящее время в России наблюдается сохранение дефицита высокорезультативных инвестиционных проектов, что требует их адекватной и точной оценки, а следовательно, и совершенствования методологических основ в данном направлении. На наш взгляд, термины недисконтированная оценка, проводимая с помощью простых (статических) методов и дисконтированная оценка, осуществляемая сложными (динамическими) методами, не достаточно точно определяют сущность корректировки на уровень неопределенности.
