Abstract

Современный мир характеризуется повышением значения непрерывно возникающих социально-экономических проблем, требующих своего решения. Следует отметить, что провозглашенный в России курс на ускорение темпов экономического роста приводит к тому, что возрастает роль программно-целевого планирования.
