Abstract

В статье анализируются особенности финансовой стратегии компаний в сфере услуг: финансовая и клиентская составляющая, включающая рост стоимости материальных и увеличение доли нематериальных активов. Финансовая стратегия сервисной компании для обеспечения конкурентоспособности может быть ориентирована на максимизацию стоимости бизнеса, снижение средневзвешенной стоимости используемого капитала и т. д. Определение цели во многом зависит от позиции собственников компании, менеджмента и текущего экономического положения, в котором находится компания сферы услуг.
