Abstract

Решение суда призвано не только разрешить дело, но и обеспечить реальную защиту нарушенных или оспариваемых прав и законных интересов лица. Принятие по результатам рассмотрения обращения в суд заинтересованного лица за защитой своих нарушенных или оспариваемых прав и законных интересов судебного акта, ставшего обязательным для органов государственной власти, органов местного самоуправления, иных органов, организаций, должностных лиц и граждан не всегда может гарантировать реальное восстановление нарушенных или оспариваемых прав и законных интересов.
