К Вопросу О Социальной Ответственности Бизнеса

Abstract

К концу XX века сложились две модели развития концепции социальной ответственности: европейская, с доминирующей ролью государства, и американская, где большую часть социальных функций берут на себя сами компании и корпоративные системы [2]. Обе модели объясняются тем, что в настоящее время, для того чтобы быть по-настоящему современной компанией, уже не достаточно постоянно наращивать прибыль, поднимать зарплату сотрудникам и иметь великолепный офис. Для успешного ведения бизнеса все более осязаемым фактором становится деловая репутация, а социальная ответственность все более важной категорией для российских предпринимателей.
