Abstract

В век глобализации развитие научно-технического прогресса носит взрывной характер, и поэтому все отрасли промышленности вынуждены приспосабливаться к изменениям внешней среды, осуществлять ноостратегический выбор в области применения технологии сохранять прежнюю или переходить на новую. Совершенно очевидно, что топ-менеджерам необходимо уметь оценить существующую технологию с помощью S-кривой, определить время перехода на новую для более эффективного протекания технологического процесса.
