Коммерциализация Инновационной Деятельности Как Объект Государственной Поддержки В России

Abstract

Инновации в сфере предпринимательства определены автором как продукты научно-технической и иной творческой деятельности, обладающие характеристиками новизны и возможности коммерциализации с целью получения предпринимательского дохода. Рассмотрены этапы инновационной деятельности и различные группы ее субъектов. Охарактеризованы основные направления государственной поддержки предпринимательских инноваций, участия государства в венчурном капитале, применение льгот, стимулирующих рост инноваций на предприятиях.
