Abstract

Традиционный портрет банковской системы стремительно меняется в течение последних нескольких десятилетий. Привычные представления о банке как о весьма консервативном институте, который предлагает клиентам сложившийся набор продуктов и услуг, используя при этом традиционные формы работы, остаются в прошлом. Банковское обслуживание уходит в виртуальное пространство.
