Abstract

Одним из основных факторов успешного развития общества является эффективное функционирование системы образования. Эпоха информатизации общества, интеллектуализации всех сфер деятельности, несомненно, предполагает все возрастающую значимость общей и профессиональной образованности населения. Высшее образование сегодня является важнейшей составляющей развития государства, и без достижения высокого качества образования невозможно ожидать продвижения науки, культуры, искусства, производства, то есть всего того, что делает государство сильным.
