Abstract

В настоящее время в России существует множество предпринимательских фирм, требующих или проходящих финансовое оздоровление, что свидетельствует о трудностях их адаптации к новым условиям хозяйственной деятельности. В результате резкого обострения проблем неплатежей, долгов, несостоятельности фирм, хронической убыточности их производственно-торговой деятельности в условиях формирующегося рынка в первой половине 90-х гг. в экономической литературе вошли в оборот термины «антикризисное управление» и «финансовое оздоровление», но так и не получили однозначной трактовки.
