Abstract

Поступательное развитие региональной экономики непосредственно связано и определенным образом зависит от воспроизводства основных фондов ввиду того, что удовлетворение возникающих общественных потребностей требует реконструкции, технического перевооружения основных фондов или создания новых, способных давать современную отвечающую последним требованиям продукцию. Для достижения этой цели, в особенности на мезоуровне, нужны дополнительные ресурсы капитальные инвестиции
