Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы связанные с функционирование коллекторских агентств как необходимых элементов долгового инфорсмента института банкротства потребителя. В статье раскрываются функции долгового инфорсмента, специфика деятельности коллекторских агентств, проводится сравнение коллекторских агентств в Великобритании, США и РФ, что позволяет определить характерные черты российского коллекторского бизнеса.
