Abstract

В настоящее время функции аудита выходят за рамки проверки финансовой деятельности компании. Появление аудита персонала связано с необходимостью детального изучения проблем в области кадровой политики организации, выявлением факторов и резервов улучшения ситуации, сбором и анализом информации при принятии управленческих решений, что и составляет его конкретную цель. Говоря иными словами, управление персоналом должно обеспечивать достижение организацией перспективных целей развития путем формирования системы аудита персонала.
