Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические вопросы инновационных процессов, протекающих в рамках региональных инновационных систем. Определение экономического содержания понятия «инновационная деятельность» зависит от того, какой смысл вкладывается в категорию инновация. Исходным при анализе категорий является рассмотрение инновационной деятельности как объекта управления, что позволило разработать комплекс управляющих воздействий, направленный на ускоренное построение в регионах России инновационной экономики.
