Abstract

Необходимость и актуальность организации управления интеллектуальной собственностью объясняются тем, что любую экономическую стратегию, выстроенную без учета интеллектуальной собственности, нельзя считать оптимальной, так как использование интеллектуальной собственности в сфере производства дает существенную дополнительную прибыль. Введение результатов интеллектуальной деятельности в экономический и гражданско-правовой оборот имеет большое значение для повышения технического уровня и конкурентоспособности выпускаемой продукции. Даже при недостаточной насыщенности Российских предприятий объектами интеллектуальной собственности, неоптимальной их структуре и неполном использовании доходность этих объектов довольно высока она в 2, 4 раза превышает среднюю доходность материальных активов.
