Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам развития судебной системы Российской Федерации в связи с подготовкой правовых и организационных условий для формирования специализированных судов. Наибольшее внимание в работе уделено теоретическим и практическим вопросам формирования в Российской Федерации судов по делам несовершеннолетних. Автором рассматриваются различные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства, регулирующего правосудие по делам несовершеннолетних.
