Abstract

Стабильное развитие промышленного производства обусловлено наличием устойчивых источников финансирования, когда инвестирование выступает в качестве одной из эффективных форм взаимодействия предприятия, государства, населения. Эффективное функционирование инвестиционного рынка в России является одной из основных задач экономической политики страны на протяжении последних десяти лет. За такой длительный период должны были бы сформироваться направления развития инвестиционной политики и законодательное регулирование данного сектора экономики, найдены пути стимулирования инвестиционной деятельности.
